Description: Executive director to develop programmes of various age sections and assisting in qualifying the leaders working with age sections.

Main Tasks:

  • Following up the implementation of the Arab Policy for Age Sections Development.
  • Assisting NSO\'s in training and qualifying the age sections commissioners.
  • Following up the development of the Arab Scout Curricula and providing support to NSOs in this field.
  • Partaking in supervising Arab regional, sub-regional and national events for national leaders responsible for youth programme, curricula and sections development.
  • Issuing publications (bulletins, guidebooks) to support National Program Commissioners.
  • Assisting in the organization of the Arab regional youth events for all sections.
  • Partaking in the organization of the Arab regional patrol leaders and rover crewmates seminars.
  • Following up the implementation of the world scouting strategic priorities (Youth Involvement and adolescents).
  • Translating into Arabic the WSB publications (in Programme field).
  • Encouraging the Arab participation in the World Scout Youth events.
  • Work as secretary to the regional sub-committee for youth programme, providing support to the committee to hold its meetings successfully.
  • Coordinating the cooperation with other regions: Euro-Arab and Afro-Arab cooperation.
